Toxic Cleansing

Colon Cleanse, Parasite Cleanse,
Kidney Cleanse, Liver Cleanse

Internal toxic cleansing, consisting of colon cleanse, parasite cleanse, kidney cleanse and liver cleanse routines, are key elements to an overall body cleansing and detoxification plan. Proper cleansing of parasites and toxins frees up your body’s resources to more effectively fight disease.

In addition, toxic cleansing will often help clear up those mysterious symptoms that modern medicine can only hide.

For example, I used to have insomnia. I would wake up between 1am and 3am almost every morning and was unable to fall back to sleep until 5am or 6am. Well, like you, I had a full day’s work ahead of me, so sleeping until 7am just did not give me sufficient sleep. Undergoing toxic cleansing using the colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and liver cleanse routines, has me sleeping well throughout the night.

Why focus toxic cleansing on the colon, kidneys and liver? The colon, kidneys and liver are the primary elimination organs – they eliminate waste and toxins from your body. If they are not functioning properly, there is likely a buildup of toxins in your body cannot eliminate. Toxic cleansing of these organs and ridding your body of parasites is key to keep them healthy.

The colon plays a vital role in the health of our entire body. An unhealthy colon can cause ill health of your liver, heart, brain or any other organ. Conditions such as Crohn’s disease and colitis are signs of an unhealthy colon. A colon cleanse can help prevent disease.

The kidneys are among the body’s most important organs. Kidney stones and urinary tract infections are common warning signs of unhealthy kidneys. Undergoing a kidney cleanse as part of an overall toxic cleansing plan, will improve the continued long-term health of these vital organs.

The liver performs hundreds of functions necessary for us to maintain good health. Due to the breadth of functions the liver performs, an unhealthy liver can affect every single organ in your body. Symptoms of an unhealthy liver include allergies, poor immune system, malnutrition, and in extreme cases hepatitis and gallstones. A liver cleanse can help your overall body function better.

Why is it necessary to undergo a parasite cleanse as a part of internal toxic cleansing? Parasites are organisms that derive food, nutrition and shelter by living in or on another organism. They will naturally migrate to those areas of the body where your body is not functioning optimally. So, they can be present in your blood, your joints, your organs … you name it! If you have pets, you are more likely to have parasites. A proper parasite cleanse will kill the majority of parasites in all stages of their life cycle.

CAUTION - Sequence Matters!

Remember, Colon Cleanse and Kidney Cleanse, then Liver Cleanse

You may notice that I keep stringing together colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and liver cleanse, in that order. Well, the reason I do this is because it is important to think of them in that order ... specifically thinking of the liver cleanse after the colon cleanse and kidney cleanse. The primary reason is that the liver is generally full of toxins, as described above. When you undergo a liver cleansing routine, the liver releases its stored toxins into the body. It is the job of the colon and kidneys to eliminate these toxins from your body rapidly – toxic cleansing. If your colon is not functioning properly – a.k.a. constipation – or your kidneys are not working effectively, the toxins will make you feel ill and will then get reabsorbed by the liver. The end result will be that you will be back to where you started, except that you will have felt sick for a day or two. Therefore, make sure that you follow the colon cleanse and kidney cleanse plans to ensure that those two elimination organs are functioning at their peak, before undertaking the liver cleanse plan.

So where does the parasite cleanse fit into all of this? If you are experiencing any chronic symptoms or have not been following a natural and organic food diet, then I would recommend that you do the colon cleanse and the parasite cleanse first, followed by the kidney cleanse and then the liver cleanse. If you have a low level of toxicity (no chronic symptoms and regular bowel movements), then you can do the parasite cleanse at any time.
