Usually, this magazine is sent out at the beginning of each month. However, since I was out of town for three weeks in October, I am a little behind on adding new information and getting the word out. The good news is that during my travels, I attended a natural health seminar and have found additional resources on natural healing that I believe you can benefit from. I will be summarizing this information in the coming months.

Six Steps to Good Health

For some time, I have provided tools and guides to help visitors cleanse their bodies and naturally address specific ailments. However, upon reflection, it hasn’t been clear as to how to navigate through all of the information on The-Natural-Path.com. Do you do the Toxic Cleansing (cleansing your colon, kidneys, liver) first, or the Whole Body Cleansing? How do Natural Cures and Diet and Nutrition fit in?

To help you better use the guides and techniques that I have provided, I have created this simple master guide called Six Steps to Good Health.

Vitamin, Mineral and Phytonutrient Supplements

In order to get the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that your body needs, one of the most important things you can do is to eat 7-9 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. One effective way to increase your servings of fruit and vegetables is through juicing. However, when I am away from home, it is difficult to rely on juicing to help fulfill this need. If you are like me, you probably find it difficult to consume sufficient fruits and vegetables. To fill this nutritional gap, you should consider taking a high quality vitamin and mineral supplement on a daily basis.

Choosing a vitamin and mineral supplement should be based on bio-availability and in your daily vitamin and mineral requirements.

If you end up choosing a traditional vitamin and mineral supplement, you should also consider taking a supplement containing phytonutrients and phytochemicals.

If you have a vitamin and mineral supplement that you are happy with and are getting the phytonutrients that you need, that is great. However, if you are looking for a change and you regularly eat a few servings of fruits and vegetables, but not the recommended amount, I suggest you look at this great vitamin and mineral supplement that also contains some phytonutrients.

For those of you that have a vitamin supplement that you are happy with, but are concerned about not eating fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis, I suggest that you look at this unique phytonutrient supplement.

Both are available in 30 day sizes, making it easy to make monthly purchases.
